This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes visitors' IP addresses and similar technical data to deliver and protect the site, and keeps aggregate traffic statistics. If it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot, it may run a brief check in the browser and set a temporary security cookie.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email, we use your business contact details and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services, manage the engagement and keep the records the law requires. We may also receive contact details for you from your colleagues or employer in the course of an engagement, and we use them in the same way. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
You do not have to give us any personal data, but we cannot reply to an enquiry without a way to reach you. We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
Sharing and international transfers
We share personal data with the providers named above, with other service providers and professional advisers who support our business, and with authorities where the law requires.
We are based in Singapore, and our providers may process personal data in other countries, including the United States. Where EU or UK law requires safeguards for those transfers, they are made under standard contractual clauses or another mechanism those laws recognise.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up. We keep records of client engagements for as long as we need them to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, which under Singapore law is at least five years.
If EU or UK data protection law applies to you
We rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing this website, answering enquiries, conducting our business with clients and their staff, and complying with the laws that apply to us. Where you are our client personally, we also rely on the performance of our contract with you.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to ask us to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to our use of it and, where it applies, to receive it in a portable format. You can complain to us at the address below, and we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, which in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner's Office.
